Fixture Overview
The PAR fixture's name comes from the shape of the reflector (similar to the ERS fixture). It has a parabolic reflector that has a smooth aluminum surface (though the ETC Source Four PAR fixture reflectors have a textured surface). As with the ERS and fresnel fixtures, the shape of the reflector helps determine the spread of the beam before reaching the optics of the fixture.
All Degenstein theatre fixtures have an inventory number and barcode for inventory and maintenance purposes.
